Jeff went out of his way to help expedite the sales process. All throughout the process he was always readily available. He was always providing market insights as well as hints to help make the house more salable. During the inspection phase there were some items that needed correcting and he was able to provide me with reasonably priced vendors that provided quality work at a reasonable price. I would use him again. He is a professional.

We provided Jeff with a list of what we wanted in a new home. In turn Jeff showed us four homes the very next day and we found one that was absolutely wonderful. The following day Jeff showed us another home that met our criteria and it was exactly what we wanted. This home was perfect, fit our taste to the tee.

We worked with Jeff on purchasing a home from out of state. He was excellent on getting us the information on properties and accommodating us when we were in town to view them. We ran into a unexpected problem at the inspection phase of the process and he was very professional and steadfast on working us through it. I first met Jeff when we listed our house for sale. It went up in the evening, the next morning Jeff was knocking on the door because some of his clients wanted to see the house, so he made it a priority to check it out. Sadly the house wasn't right for those buyers. But it shows how quick he is to respond and react.
